As we have a number of mid and high rise residential buildings being constructed in the lower mainland, there is a high demand for building managers. Building managers manage day-to-day activities in the buildings such as cleaning common areas, keeping building secure, reporting any issues to property managers, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, providing access to contractors for maintenance and many more duties. It is the entry level position to understand operations and maintenance of the buildings. A trained building manager can also make a move to the next level in building operations as building operator and operations supervisor.
